New Vehicle Instant Invoice System

With Instant Invoice Imaging Software from DaySol you no longer have to waste valuable time maintaining your New Vehicle Invoice Books. Some dealers maintain 4 to 5 invoice books, one for each department (Fleet, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Internet). With our software your invoices get scanned one time upon arrival. Then any individual with our client software installed on their PC, a valid username and password can view, print, or fax any invoice right from their PC.

Our Instant Invoice System contains three software applications:

1.	Invoice Server Software: Stores the actual images, handles user login security and faxes invoices. Our Invoice Server Software will run on a Windows 98 machine but we recommend installing the Invoice Server Software on a Windows NT Machine (4.0, 2000 or XP Pro).

Invoice Scanner Software: Interface for scanning invoices and managing logins & passwords. Our Scanner Software will run on most Win98, 2000 or XP PCs with a USB port and 128 Megs of Ram. A Visioneer Strobe XP 200 Sheet Feed Scanner is required to scan the invoices. Scanner is installed on the PC running the Invoice Scanner Software.

3.	Invoice Client Software: Installed on PC’s throughout the dealership that need access to invoices. Our Client Software will run on most PC’s running Win98 2nd Edition, Windows Millennium, Windows & Me, Windows XP, NT and Windows 2000. (Thin Client Compatible)

There is no need for any long-term contracts with our Instant Invoice System a Simple 90-Day Rolling Agreement is all that is required. There is a one time Initial Licensing Fee of $299.95 plus a monthly Licensing Fee of $15.00 per Client per month. The $299.95 Initial Licensing Fee includes your first 45 days of Client License Fees.
